Accessibility is important as well. A storage facility with drive in bays is ideal to make manhandling the trailer that much easier.
Don’t expect the storage centre manager to let you carry out repairs and maintenance, on the premises the centre’s insurance and health and safety regulations mean you should drain down any dangerous fluids like petrol or gasoline to prevent danger from fire. Changing your storage space in to a workshop also present safety problems.
