Courier delivering parcels
To arrange for your courier to deliver the parcel to Space Station, please complete the booking form. Once you submit your booking form, we will confirm the booking by email and advise you of your unique customer ID and booking reference number.
When your parcel arrives, we will sign for it and store it in our secure, locked holding room. We will email you when your parcel is ready for collection. You can also request an SMS confirmation.
To collect your parcel, please bring along a proof of address and the booking reference number. You will sign a collection form and make the payment in cash or by card when collecting.
Courier collecting parcels
To arrange for your courier to collect the parcel from Space Station, please complete the booking form. Once you submit your booking form, we will confirm the booking by email and advise you of your unique customer ID and booking reference number.
You will need to provide this reference number when dropping off your parcel to Space Station. You will need to make payment in cash or by card at the same time.
We will store your parcel in a secure, locked holding room until the courier collects the parcel. We will send you an email confirming when the parcel has been collected from Space Station. You can also request an SMS confirmation.

Existing Storage customers
We will store your delivered parcel/hold your outgoing parcel Free of Charge until the end of the next working day. After that, a charge of £1+VAT per parcel per day will be applicable.
Non-storage customers
We will store your delivered parcel/hold your outgoing parcel for £2+VAT per parcel until the end of the next working day. After that, a charge of £1+VAT per parcel per day will be applicable.
