Good overall.
Unfortunate start, when I twice was unable to access the unit having arrived out of hours with a car full of stuff. Everything was fine after the teething problems were sorted out.
Suggestion - the secure unit floor gets very slippery in wet weather. Perhaps a mat would help, inside the door.
