Parking is limited, as are trolleys at times. Unit was absolutely freezing cold in winter (appreciate it has been particularly cold) but put me off going when it's actually colder inside the unit than outdoors.

Yes, it has been very cold lately, which has kept the storage facility colder than usual; the internal sliding doors we have helped keep the temperature as constant as possible. I’m sorry that you found the parking and trolleys limited; it has been busier than normal in the last few weeks. We will be reviewing this and hope to make improvements soon.

Staff very helpful and friendly and soon got to know us, even though we only used the facility for a short while.
Security excellent and out of hours access very beneficial.
Would definitely use again if needed.
