How to create a minimalist space

Minimalism is all about creating order, removing excess from a room and helping a space to feel harmonious, rather than chaotic and overrun with materialistic items. Variety for variety

From dying hair Green to crossing the famous Abbey Road crossing dressed as a Minion we’ve been involved in a whole host of fundraising activities for Variety the Children’s Charity over the recent months – there’s been Easter raffles, fun days and a darts challenge too! Our total currently stands at £10,545 which is over half way to our £20K goal! A huge thank you and well done to everyone that has contributed so far!

We have plenty more planned so keep an eye on our fundraising page and facebook page for future fundraising events. Our marketing Manager Vlatka is currently training hard for a half marathon in October – and she’s running it on her birthday! If you wish to sponsor Vlatka, no matter how big or small please view Vlatka’s fundraising page.

Look out for Space Station’s ‘Beat the Goalie’ stall at the Langley carnival on 9 July 2017, our very own Dave Carroll, former Wycombe Wanderers footballer will be there along with other staff members raising as much money as possible for Variety.

In addition to our Variety fundraising we’ve also continued to support our local communities; our Slough store took a delivery of chocolate Eggs to the Wexham Park Children’s Ward over the Easter weekend and the West London region donated 100 cardboard boxes to the YMCA West London Sleep Out that took part at the QPR Football grounds on 31st March. Our Kings Heath store also supported their local flower show in Birmingham with sponsorship.
