All goods placed in self-storage with Space Station must be insured. We can arrange a bespoke self-storage insurance policy when you move in, ensuring
your valuables are covered as soon as they are placed inside the storage unit. Alternatively, you can organise your own insurance policy – please
note that not all household insurances will cover you whilst your goods are in a storage facility, so please check with your insurer. It is your
responsibility to keep the insurance valid.
You can make your first payment through credit or debit card, and then subsequent payments will be taken through direct debit. Your first payment will
include a minimum of one month’s rental, and a refundable security deposit.
Yes, we offer a complimentary removals service at all our stores – contact your nearest branch for more information. We will collect your items from your
home or businesses and transport them to your new storage room for you.
Yes! We offer the following loyalty discounts: Bronze 5% discount when you commit to 6 months storage; Silver 10% discount when you prepay for 6 months
storage; Gold 15% discount when you commit to 12 months storage; Platinum 20% discount when you prepay for 12 months storage. We also offer reduced
